|Basic Billing Only Package

The Basic Billing Only package gives the medical provider the ability to have their bills sent out electronically, or by mail at an affordable price.  It increases their flexibility of cost management and eliminates the need for data software, additional technology purchases and server management, amongst many other operational expenditures.  This Package offers the provider the following: 


  1. Free pick-up of bills and related documents (Once A Week)

  2. Savings on operational billing expenses

  3. Coordination of all patient claims

  4. Auditing of work order packages sent to TAMI

  5. Electronic and hardcopy billing

  6. Medicare Direct Billing

  7. Medicare Fee Scheduling
     

  8. Code Auditing For HIPPA Compliance
     

  9. LMRPs/LCDs Referencing For Billing Accuracy
     

  10. Basic follow-up calls to assure receipt of claims submitted

  11. Electronic Custom Super Bill Creation (If Necessary)
     

  12. Submission of secondary and tertiary bills

  13. Patient statement billing

  14. Medical Provider will receive a monthly receivable report to keep track of his or her cash flow.


Enhanced Package Add-On

With the enhanced services add-on, the medical provider receives a comprehensive billing and extensive follow-up solution, with the flexibility to add-on optional services as they need it.   Making the combination of both packages, a one stop product.  Adding these services to the Basic Billing Only package offers the provider the following additional services:

  1. Complete provider's patient call handling (per contracted provider)

  2. Extended follow-up calls and documenting

  3. Quarterly account audits and account review

  4. Quarterly accounts receivable report

Service:  Physician’s Patients Call Handling
Charge: per month fee (OSF) -
INCLUDED WITH THE ENHANCED PACKAGE BUT NOT WITH  THE BASIC PACKAGE

This service provides one on one patient call handling for all of the physician’s patients.  The Extensive Follow-up Calls & reporting Service option is required.


 Service:  Insurance Verification
Charge: per verification - (OSF)  NOT INCLUDED IN SBAC BASIC OR ENHANCED PACKAGE

This service includes phone calls, one to one person verification (When Available), faxing if applicable and documenting regarding this specific service.


 Service:  LOMN Tracking & Handling
Charge:  per claim - (OSF) NOT INCLUDED IN SBAC BASIC OR ENHANCED PACKAGE

This service includes regular postage mailings, up to 2 Certified, Return Receipt Requested mailings, related follow-up calls, documenting, and mail log tracking for this specific service!


 Service:  Medical Records Tracking & Handling
Charge: per diagnosis - (OSF)
NOT INCLUDED IN SBAC BASIC OR ENHANCED PACKAGE

This service includes 2 Certified, Return Receipt Requested Mailings only.  Also includes follow-up calls and documenting for this specific service.


 Service:  Pre-certification
Charge: per procedure

This service includes phone calls, one to one person authorization, faxing if applicable and documenting for this specific service.


 Service:  Monthly Customized Report
Charge: per month/per report -

Although our clients do receive a simple monthly accounting report from us, we offer the option to our providers to customize their own reports. 


 Service:  Appeal Services
Charge: per claim -
(OSF) NOT INCLUDED IN SBAC BASIC OR ENHANCED PACKAGE

This service includes document & Claim auditing, mailings, appeal preparation, any and all call follow-ups necessary.  We will appeal up to 3 times for this specific service!  An excellent value!


 Service:  Extensive Follow-up Calls & Reporting Services
Charge: per month (OSF) -
INCLUDED WITH THE ENHANCED PACKAGE BUT NOT WITH  THE BASIC PACKAGE

This service includes all follow-up calls to insurance companies and call documenting.  It includes basic correspondence handling and complete troubleshooting of denied claims.  This service also includes patient communications via mail only (When Patient Call Handling is not selected).
